Shipping and Returns


International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location – shipping cost is calculated at check out. 

Please note that duties and other local taxes might be calculated by the customs office in customer’s country. Those will be payable by the customer.

Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Repair Policy:
Our repair service covers manufacturing defects. Please reach out to us via marketing@kazuri.co.ke with details and images of the issue for further assistance.

Secure Transactions:
Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store credit card details on our website for your security.

Refunds Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us on marketing@kazuri.co.ke  to arrange for the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    How long does a beading session last?

    The classes can range from 1-3 hours depending on whether you choose a private session or our workshops.

    When do the sessions take place?

    Monday- Friday are ideal for private sessions and our workshops take place on Saturdays.

    We don't run sessions or workshops on Sunday at the moment.

    Can I cancel my booking?

    We give an allowance of 24 hours for our workshop sessions and private sessions.

    What is included in the beading class?

    We provide all the necessary materials and tools for you to create your own unique masterpieces.

    Depending on the package you choose, enjoy either our delightful local Muthaiga tea or accompanying refreshments during your workshop.
